On May 12, 2024, at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports conference room in the Kingdom of Cambodia, a signing ceremony for two Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) on vocational education cooperation was held. The first MOU was signed between the Department of Vocational Education, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and the second between Panyapiwat Institute of Technology and Kampong Speu Institute of Technology. The ceremony was honored by the presence of H.E. Dr. Oum Koach, Deputy Minister of Education, Youth and Sports, who presided over the event, along with the Director-General of Vocational Education, the Director-General of Higher Education, and other senior ministry officials. They welcomed the executives from CP All Public Company Limited, led by Mr. Piyawat Thitasathavorn, Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee, Mr. Chairoj Tiwanmanicharoen, Mr. Wichian Niamnom, Authorized Representative and Director of Panyapiwat Institute of Technology, Mr. Sonthaya Wangsiriwech, Dr. Chatphimuk Apinanchotisakul, Director of Collaboration Management and Business Development, and Mr. Yod Yaowajaturas.
On this occasion, the Deputy Minister of Education, Youth and Sports of the Kingdom of Cambodia stated that this was a significant opportunity for Cambodian youth and students to gain learning and practical experience from a capable business group with expertise in skill development for future careers.
