On June 17, 2024, Dr. Khotchaphan Boonngamsom, Director of the Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area, presided over the signing ceremony of an academic cooperation Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Nonthaburi Pittayakom School, Phothinimit Witthayakom School, CP All Public Company Limited, and Panyapiwat Institute of Technology. Representing the Panyapiwat Institute of Technology were Mr. Wichian Niemnom, representative of the licensee and director of the institute, and Dr. Chatchaphimuk Apinanchoitsakul, Executive Director of Cooperation and Business Development, along with Dr. Tharate Thanassomboon, advisor to the institute, Mr. Worachet Thamwong, Director of the Academic Office, and Ms. Kanchana Wichitking, Manager of Activities and Student Recruitment. They signed the cooperation agreement with Dr. Samrit Phiungam, Director of Nonthaburi Pittayakom School, and Mr. Phichayut Tharawong, Director of Phothinimit Witthayakom School. This academic cooperation aims to facilitate the “Career Classroom Project” and the “Career Skill Enhancement Classroom Project.”
The primary objective is to synergize efforts in vocational education by collaboratively organizing teaching and learning for students. This initiative aims to produce and develop human resources in alignment with the National Education Act (Second Edition) B.E. 2545 (2002) and (Third Edition) B.E. 2553 (2010), in accordance with government policies and the needs of the business sector. The joint intention is to manage the Career Classroom Project to produce personnel with a focus on imparting theoretical knowledge, skills, and practical experience from actual workplaces. The teaching and learning activities at the upper secondary level in relevant study plans will provide students with fundamental knowledge in professional subjects, including field visits to workplaces. Furthermore, the initiative promotes and supports students’ development in vocational learning paths.
